Meet the Cast and Characters of 'Dexter: New Blood'

It has been eight whole years since we said goodbye to Dexter. The Miami-based serial killer was thought to be dead, but it seems like his past is finally going to catch up with him in the new miniseries Dexter: New Blood, which begins tomorrow on Showtime at 9 p.m. ET.
Now living in upstate New York with a whole new life and identity, Dexter is living by an entirely new code after not killing anyone in nearly 10 years. But can a serial killer really change his ways? (Guess we'll have to tune in to find out.) Of course, with a whole new town, there are a lot of new characters who will be joining Dexter...along with some familiar faces (hello, Debra!). Get to know them all here before you watch.

Michael C. Hall as Dexter Morgan / Jim Lindsay
After faking his own death and moving to upstate New York, former serial killer Dexter Morgan has taken on the identity of Jim Lindsay. For almost 10 years, he hasn't killed a single person, but just how much longer will that last?
Michael C. Hall reprises his role after starring in the original series for eight seasons.

Jennifer Carpenter as Debra Morgan
Debra is Dexter's sister who died of gunshot wound complications in the original series finale. Dexter now imagines her as the voice of his conscience who tries to help him become a better person.
Jennifer Carpenter's surprise return as Deb will be a big shock to fans. She previously starred in The Enemy Within and Limitless.

Jack Alcott as Harrison Morgan
Harrison is Dexter's son whom he lost contact with after faking his own death at the end of season eight. After discovering that his father might be alive, Harrison travels to Iron Lake, New York to reunite with him and get some answers.
Jack previously starred in the limited series The Good Lord Bird.

Julia Jones as Angela Bishop
As the sheriff of Iron Lake, Angela has become heavily invested in the recent disappearances that have been happening around the area. She is also currently dating Dexter but does not know about his past.
Julia previously starred as Leah Clearwater in the Twilight saga.

Johnny Sequoyah as Audrey Bishop
Audrey is Julia's daughter who is unafraid to speak her mind. She is a little rebellious (much to her mother's dismay), though it keeps her on her toes when things start to go down in her small town.

Alano Miller as Logan
Logan is a sergeant at the Iron Lake Police Department who works with Julia. His tragic past has really made him want to help others. He is also the assistant wrestling coach for the high school.
Alano previously starred as Evan Fisher in Cherish the Day and Cato in Underground.

Clancy Brown as Kurt Caldwell
Born and raised in Iron Lake, Caldwell returns to his hometown rich and powerful thanks to his successful business. Considered the unofficial mayor of the town, everyone wants to be on his good side...or else.
Clancy Brown is the voice of Mr. Krabs in Spongebob Squarepants and has appeared in several live-action shows including Daredevil and The Flash.
